 Breath Practitioner, Breath Coach

My journey with conscious breathing began with Breathwork Training in Poland. It was a holistic training provided by Institute of Breath. Shortly after discovering how awareness of breath impacted my life, I pursued the opportunity of sharing and providing personal service to others.  
In 2017 I moved to United States to reunite with my loved one where I continued my development in breathing practice.  In 2018 I was fortunate enough to accomplished Therapeutic Breathwork Training Program introduced by Jim Morningstar Ph.D., Transformations Incorporated in Milwaukee, WI.  
As to date, I have more than 300H of individual and group practice, both for kids, teenagers and adults. Throughout this development process I have interacted and worked with people who have experienced multiple benefits of breathing.  Among them are the following:

Release stress, anxiety, traumas from the body 

Self-regulation and relax of the body and mind

Increase in energy, focus and concentration

Improvement of overall wellbeing and health

Discovery and manifestation of true potential
Implementing just a simple breathing technique will bring a positive and proactive result in your busy lifestyle.
